Schervier center for Alzheimer's & dementia care

Five million people in the US now suffer from dementia according to the Alzheimer’s Association, which says that by 2050, the number of people affected is expected to reach 16 million. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common form of dementia, a group of conditions that gradually destroy brain cells and lead to loss of mental processing ability, communication, abstract thinking, judgment and physical abilities. Special care for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia can improve their lives and their family’s peace of mind.
