Our goal is to provide an extraordinary individual experience of care and services. Your satisfaction with our services is of utmost concern to us. Our management team conducts satisfaction surveys on an ongoing basis. Concerns that are identified are forwarded to the appropriate department director for follow up and resolution.
We have also contracted with an outside agency, My InnerView, to conduct annual satisfaction surveys of long-term care residents and their family members. If you are a short-term rehabilitation resident, you will receive a My InnerView survey several days before your discharge.
Our commitment to continuous quality improvement requires the honest feedback of those we serve. We thank you in advance for your participation in this process.
The Resident Council plays a significant role in promoting active patient involvement in the center. This self-governing group discusses current events and plans various activities and educational opportunities. If you are interested in joining the Resident Council, please contact the activities department or just join one of the meetings. A meeting schedule is posted on the resident calendar.
